Orthodontic Payment Plans Future Dental

Payment plans for Invisalign, Clear Correct and for Cfast:- Invisalign Full :-$7500  Always both arches

• Deposit $3250 to cover laboratory fees for full cases must be paid before we send the final design approval to the supplier company followed by

Divide the number of expected number of aligners divided by 3 as each instalment eg 25 aligners 25/8 say 9 instalments of $4250/9=$472.22 every 6 weeks until fully paid and paid at each scheduled adjustment appointment before we issue your next 3 sets of aligners.

• Full advance pre-payment cash discount of 7.5%=$6937.50 paid before the design approval is sent to the supplier company (C-Fast, Clear Correct or Invisalign or any other orthodontic system we choose to provide).
• Full payment at commencement through GE finance, Mac Credit or Denticare with no discount with finance approval completed prior to final design approval being sent to the supplier.
• Note with all Invisalign cases, the moment we send off a case for a preliminary design, we are invoiced for an amount of approximately $220 and this amount will be passed on to you if you change your mind and decide not to have treatment at this stage. This amount may vary by Invisalign and is outside our control.
• Note with all Invisalign cases, once we send off a design approval, we are immediately invoiced for the entire laboratory costs to make the full set of aligners and retainers and you will be responsible for the relevant deposit for each type of Invisalign case being Full, Lite, i7 and Teen. Once we hit the digital “approve” button, we cannot stop the process of manufacture even if you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with treatment. You will be immediately liable for this full deposit charge.

Invisalign Light:- $5975  Two arches

• Deposit $3000 (prior to the final design approval being sent as above) to cover lab fees PLUS $595 over 5 x 6 weekly instalments payable on the day (as above) of each scheduled adjustment.
• Deposit of $3000 before the final design approval is sent plus 5 instalments of $495 x 6 weekly plus $500 for retainer impression appointment paid on each appointment day (as above).
• Full pre-payment in advance (as above) of 7.5% fee reduction = $5525
• Full pre-payment using GE Finance, Mac Credit or Denticare no discount (as above).

Invisalign Light:- $4500 Single Arch (25% lower than both arch fee)

• Deposit $2500 to cover full lab fees (as above) PLUS $625 for each 6 week x 4 until finished (as above)
• Deposit $2500 (as above) plus $500 per instalment x 4 (as above) plus $500 for retainer impression appointment payable on the day of issue of your removable retainer or the impressions or digital scan for your fixed arch-wire retainers which occurs first if not together.
• 7.5% full pre-payment fee reduction = $4160 (as above).
• Full payment in advance no discount using GE Finance or Denticare (as above).

Invisalign i7:- $3500 (Single arch only)

• GE Finance, Denticare or Mac Credit full fee up front (as above).
• 7.5% advance pre-payment of 7.5% fee reduction $3237.50 (as above).
• Deposit $2000 (as above) plus 3 monthly instalments of $500 until finished with MONTHLY appointments not 6 weekly (as above)
• Deposit $2000 plus 3 monthly instalments (as above but not 6 weekly) of $400 plus $300 for retainer impression appointment (as above).

Invisalign Teen :- $7950

• Deposit $3500 (as above) plus divide expected number of trays by 3 for each 6 weekly instalments until finished eg 30 divided by 3 = 10 x 6 weekly instalments of $445 each until finished (as above).
• Ge Finance, Mac Credit or Denticare Finance full fee (as above).
• 7.5% full advance pre-payment $7353.75 (as above).

Invisalign Teen just allows more attachments and changes in plan as teeth erupt.

For teens, any of the 4 Invisalign options can be considered but if mixed dentition period would always only advise Invisalign Teen.

Clear Correct Full:- $6750 Both Arches

• Full advance payment 7.5% fee reduction $6244.75 prior to final design approval being sent.
• GE Finance, Mac Credit or Denticare finance at full fee with no discount with finance approved prior to final design approval being sent to the supplier.
• Deposit $2900 (as above) plus divide the number of expected aligners by 3 for each 6 weekly payment due, eg 24 aligners = 8 x  6 weekly instalments of $481.25 payable at each scheduled adjustment appointment before we issue your next 3 sets of aligners.

Clear Correct Limited 12:- $5400 for both arches

• Full advance payment 7.5% fee reduction (as above).
• Ge Finance, Denticare or Mac Credit full fee up front(as above).
• Deposit $2400 (as above) plus balance over 4 x 6 weekly instalments of $750 until finished (as above).
• Deposit $2400 (as above) plus balance over 4 x 6 weekly instalments of $600 plus $600 on retainer appointment (as above).

Clear Correct Limited 6:-Single Arch only $3,300

• Full advance prepayment 7.5% $3052.50 (as above).
• GE Finance, Denticare or Mac Credit up front full fee (as above).
• Deposit $1900 (as above) plus $466.66 each MONTHLY appointment (not 6 weekly) until finished (as above).
• Deposit $1900 (as above) plus $366.66 each monthly appointment (not 6 weekly) plus $300 for retainer appointment (as above).

Cfast:-$6750 Both Arches

• Full advance pre-payment 7.5% fee reduction = $5781.25 prior to models, impressions being sent to supplier.
• Full payment at time of commencement using GE Finance, Mac Credit or Denticare (as above).
• Deposit $3250 at commencement (as above) and balance paid monthly OR at wire change appointments of balance of $1000 each (as above) or
• Balance paid monthly (as above) of $850 each and $450 at time of impressions or digital scan for first lot of retainers.

Cfast:- $4500 Single Arch only

• Deposit $2000 (as above) plus balance paid monthly OR at time of wire changes of $833.33 until finished (as above).
• Deposit $2000 (as above) plus balance paid monthly OR at time of wire changing of $683.33 plus $450 on retainer impression appointment (as above).
• GE Finance, Denticare or Mac Credit full fee up front (as above)
• 7.5% advance pre-payment fee reduction $4162.50 (as above).”
