Finance Options

Sometimes quality dental care may be quite a large financial investment in your overall health. Dental problems come at inconvenient times, yet by postponing your necessary care, treatment could end up becoming more complex and expensive. At our practice we realize how unplanned commitments can impact adversely on your family budget.

Once we have completed your detailed oral examination, oral cancer screening and prescribed all necessary radiographs we will consult you on prioritizing your treatment needs and costs associated. When you have decided how you wish to proceed with your care we will offer you three different financial options, from which you can make a choice of the one that best suits your needs.

  1. Full pre-payment 7 days in advance, we offer a 5% book keeping courtesy reduction off your treatment fee.
  2. Outside client treatment funding through the GEM Visa card which is ideal for approved applicants who are seeking a long term interest free payment option.   Future Dental can offer an interest free payment option to GEM Visacard holders and it is as easy as applying with us or online at gemvisa.com.au.
  3.  This is up to 12 months interest free which allows you to have your treatment done in full and allows you to pay it off over 3, 6 or 12 months. Otherwise by paying usual interest costs, it is also possible to spread the cost over 3 years.
  4. Retail credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, Diners and American Express, Hicaps, cash or cheque paid at the time of dental treatment. A 3% surcharge applies when using Diners and American Express cards.Naturally, we also accept cash, EFTPOS, and cheques.
  5. Naturally we also accept cash, EFTPOS and cheques.

We offer our patients the option of having a reminder phone call / SMS the day before your appointment. Any change in your appointed time without adequate notice will directly affect others who require appointments urgently. We commit time to our patients who are in need of urgent care.

We require at least 2 days notice of your need to reschedule or alter / shorten your appointment. Failure to give adequate notice of your need to reschedule or shorten your visit may incur a fee at a rate of $100 per 30 minute time block or part thereof.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer financial credit ourselves. Our trading terms do not allow for delays in fee settlement, and we respectfully request that payment is provided on the day of service. We reserve the right to charge compound interest at 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, along with a bookkeeping fee of $15.00 per month. Dishonored cheque bank fees are always passed on to the person responsible for the fees.
